• Appropriates billions in federal funding for the Department of the Interior, including (Title I):

• The Bureau of Land Management;

• The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service;

• The National Park Service;

• The U.S. Geological Survey;

• The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management;

• The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement;

• The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement;

• Authorizes and incorporates by reference H.R. 548 Eastern Band of Cherokee Historic Lands Reacquisition Act and Title III of H.R. 7408 America’s Wildlife Habitat Conservation Act (Title III).

• Establishes and sets forth requirements and restrictions for using funds provided by this and other appropriations acts (Title IV).
