Vote to pass a bill that prohibits foreign-influenced corporations from influencing elections in Pennsylvania.

Highlights:

• Prohibits a foreign-influenced corporation from making an expenditure to a campaign for or against the election or appointment of an individual to a public office, or to support or oppose a ballot question, or to a candidate for nomination, election or appointment to a public office, or a political party or committee (Sec. 1602-B).

• Requires a corporation that makes a contribution or expenditure to submit a certification to the Department of State that they are not foreign-influenced (Sec. 1603-B).

• Establishes penalties for corporations that violate the article (Sec. 1606-B).
