Vote to concur with House amendments and pass a bill that prohibits individuals from carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle on any public street, road, or highway in any part of an unincorporated area, and classifies the offense as a misdemeanor, punishable by imprisonment for up to one year, a fine not to exceed $1000, or both a fine and imprisonment.
