Highlights:
- Specifies that wages payable to the individual for any week of less than full-time work, when reduced by $200, may not equal or exceed the individual's weekly benefit amount to be eligible for the increase in benefits [sec. 1 (a) (4)]. - Specifies that a worker must have been employed or scheduled to be employed in a county that was designated by the Governor as being in a state of emergency [sec. 1 (a) (2)]. - Repeals the provisions of this Act on January 1, 2009 [sec. 1 (b)].
