Title: Allowing for State Lottery
Vote to amend the state constitution that repeals a ban on a state lottery, pending voter approval.
-Repeals Subsection 24 of Article 4 of the Nevada constitution, which prohibits the state or any subdivisions of the state from conducting a lottery, but provides an exception for charitable or nonprofit organizations raising money for charitable or nonprofit activities in Nevada.
No further action is allowed on this bill for the current session pursuant to Joint Standing Rule No. 14.3.3
