Tom earned a 2009 Gold and 2010 Platinum industry award for his leadership position with SERVPRO, a disaster cleanup and restoration company based in Elk Grove. He was also selected for the inaugural class of the 2012 Edgar Fellows Leadership Program. He is married to Bethany, and together they have three children.
