Reason for Seeking Public Office:
Dear Friends,
I'm running for the Democratic nomination for the 76th State Assembly District -- the Upper East Side, Yorkville and Roosevelt Island.
My focus will be on legislation and policies that serves our entire community. I'll work to create a fairer and more open political process; promote economic development; protect the environment; support affordable housing; increase New York's commitment to renewable energy and alternatives to fossil fuels; ensure that all children have access to the best education.
Albany needs experienced leadership to provide greater accountability and transparency in how government delivers services and spends our tax dollars.
I look forward to hearing from you and working with you on the concerns that we share.
