Answers to Questions Highlighting My Qualifications to Serve as a Member of Congress, from the Second District of West Virginia.

Question 1: Why are you the best candidate?
1. I have established personal contacts/relationships with current members of Congress will best enable me, as opposed to any of my fellow candidates, to facilitate collaboration, establish strategic relationships, and expedite reaching consensus on legislation that will benefit the citizens of West Virginia with members of Congress beyond the West Virginia Congressional delegation on both sides of the aisle. These relationships will be critical both to passing legislation favorable to West Virginians and to attracting new businesses to West Virginia!

2. As a key member of numerous corporate multi-functional teams, I actively participated in the successful negotiation and execution of billion-dollar business transactions in the United States and worldwide that resulted in the manufacture of products in the United States incorporating the licensed technology with the corporate developed innovative technology. My negotiation expertise, business expertise and legal expertise will be critical to attracting new businesses to West Virginia!

3. I have established business and legal credibility that has and will allow me to interface, at least as an equal, with business, governmental, and legal leaders in the United States and worldwide. Question 2: What are the key qualities for an effective legislator?

1. The ability to LEAD, including, but not limited to, facilitating collaboration, establishing strategic relationships and expediting reaching consensus on legislation that will benefit the citizens of West Virginia with other members of Congress on both sides of the aisle!

2. The ability to COMPROMISE, including, but not limited to, assisting other members of Congress to enact legislation favorable to their constituents while ensuring that the compromise legislation remains highly favorable to West Virginians!

Question 3: What do you see as the biggest challenge facing West Virginia and the Second Congressional District?

1. IDENTIFY AND ALLOCATE THE RESOURCES NECESSARY TO REDUCE SIGNIFICANTLY THE BROKEN FAMILIES THAT NOW EXIST IN WEST VIRGINIA!

2. BUILD A CRITICAL EDUCATION INFRASTRUCTURE TO TRAIN WEST VIRGINIANS FOR THE TECHNOLOGICAL ORIENTED JOBS OF THE FUTURE!

3. SIMULTANEOUSLY ATTRACT BUSINESSES HAVING HIGH-PAYING JOBS TO LOCATE IN WEST VIRGINIA!
