Bill Clinton. He was the first President I remember being elected, and I recall the energy and hope that he brought to the Country at a time when morale was low. Then, he did a tremendous job in office, resulting with budget surpluses at the end of his second term.

Ann Richards. She never let her being a female hold her back from running for office when Texas needed effective leaders. Instead, she embraced it and used it to her advantage to effectively lead.
