For Question B? This is vague? Does this mean that if a person at the age of 10 could be prosecuted as an adult? I would think this should be left up to the courts? Circumstances surrounding the crime committed and the age of the juvenile should be taken into consideration by the court. D. As of now I do not see any private prisons in SD. The Aurora Plains Academy in Plankington, SD-most residence have not been convicted of any crime. This Academy provides housing, treatment for ages 10-20 who have shown evidence of anger issues, self-harm, sexual deviancy.

My campaign is focused on keeping taxes for our citizens down. Keeping our education funded. Supporting our largest industry-agriculture. Protecting Small Business. And keeping South Dakota Open for Business. Protecting the rights of our citizens. Being sure our Veterans and Senior Citizens are taken care of.
Because of the economic damage in 2019 in agriculture and the economic damage in 2020 by Covid 19 the focus will be to to fund the necessary State services and activities with reduced revenues.
