  • "I support life from conception. I support mandatory ultrasounds for women seeking abortions, mandatory counseling prior to receiving an abortion and educating women of all ages about the value of life. We allow horrific abortion procedures knowing the baby feels the pain! We would have a national outcry if we murdered animals as inhumanely as human babies which are either burned alive in the womb or suctioned apart limb by limb. I believe in the future we will look back be appalled at this barbaric practice!" (votesmart.org)
  • "Rhonda stands for your inalienable right to Life -- Hers is a voice for LIFE especially for the babies in the womb and for the very elderly. Rhonda chose LIFE for her daughter when she faced an unplanned pregnancy as a young woman. This experience allows her to stand for Life, representing the unborn children while bringing compassionate hope to their mothers." (justfacts.votesmart.org)

  • "Rhonda promotes more competition in the Health Insurance marketplace work to make your health care more affordable. Rhonda commits to protect covering pre-existing conditions and to reduce government red tape. Rhonda understands that more competition between medical providers and hospitals is the best way to put you in control of your healthcare options. Rhonda will make sure you have the information you need to be in charge of your own and your family's health."
  • "I support the first amendment which includes free speech. I believe groups should have the right of free speech and spending money to promote a message is speech." (votesmart.org)
  • " I pray these Officers are ok and recover quickly, but everyone needs to understand the sacrifice the Police and First Responders give by putting their Lives on the line day in and day out for us all. I Fully Support these brave individuals and encourage you to do the same. Please pray for the Officers who were injured yesterday along with their families. May God Bless them all!" (www.facebook.com)
  • "I support the Rule of Law and All of Our Dedicated Police Officers, Sherriff's Departments, and other Law Enforcement Agencies. I believe you shouldn't judge anyone until you've walked in their shoes. Who does John support?" (www.facebook.com)

  • "I believe this should be left to the states. We have learned from common core and no child left behind that teachers spend entirely too much time testing and not enough time teaching. I believe each community should develop their own standards." (votesmart.org)
  • "Rhonda stands for your choices about where and how your children should be educated. This includes making vocational education, trade schools and online schools more available at all levels. Whether parents choose public school, private or religious school or home school for your children, Rhonda supports your choice. Rhonda knows how important it is for your children to attend school close enough to your home so they can participate in extra-curricular activities and sports and so that you, parents, can be more involved with your children's schools." • "I support the Second Amendment to the Constitution which says no Government shall infringe upon the right to bear arms. We are a unique country and do not want to allow the globalist agenda to take away our ability to protect ourselves against tyranny. Many nations in history that have made it illegal for it's citizens to own weapons, have resulted in genocide and tyrannical dictatorships." (votesmart.org)
  • "Rhonda stands for your inalienable right to Liberty and for all your constitutional rights. This especially includes upholding the Second Amendment to the Constitution which does not allow the government to "infringe" upon your right to bear arms." (justfacts.votesmart.org)
  • "Absolutely! Many of the greatest attorneys, legislators and healthcare professionals have worked to make this law 'affordable" for the Federal Government, the States, Businesses and Individual Policy holders yet the ACA is still a horrible mess and far too expensive for hardworking Americans. We need to repeal and return to what was working prior to its passage, learn from our mistakes and deal with one segment of our health care system at a time. Ramming through this legislation was a very costly mistake to our country and citizens." (votesmart.org)

  • "We had immigration laws that were working very well for our country for many years. Many people, including my grandfather, migrated to America and followed the requirements of law to become a citizen. They were proud of their new citizenship and became part of the culture that is America. I do believe we should allow exceptions for those hardworking, law abiding illegal immigrants to remain here during a limited and specified period of time while applying for legal residency and their green card." (votesmart.org)
  • "I believe we should support and protect Israel as well as other Christian's in the Middle East. I believe we should do whatever we can to prevent hostile, terrorist regimes from obtaining weapons of mass destruction." (votesmart.org)
