Orange County California one of the most expensive places to live in Southern California has a problem with Homeless. In all my years living in So Cal which is my entire life I have witnesses the population of the Homeless population increase. In addition to Homelessness the Homeless issue we have issues with Mental Health, I am in favor or reopening and using Mental Health Facilities that were closed or are not being used to reopen to serve the homes and those with Mental Health issues be served. The other area is Affordable housing initiatives in cities in District 48
