I will proudly fight efforts to cut taxes for millionaires and billionaires, which are inappropriate at a time when the United States is experiencing its highest rate of income inequality since the Great Depression. | The campaign finance system in this country is broken, due to the Supreme Court�s disastrous decision in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission. Elections should be publicly financed, and super PACs should be eliminated. This country must move to a campaign finance system that ensures our Congress is not simply bought by the wealthy and powerful. | |||
