Legislative initiatives in the coming years must be focused on the challenges of skyrocketing health care cost, energy cost and consumption, homelessness and affordable housing. Each of these issues must have a solution. Every effort has to be made to find more renewable energy sources like solar and wind. Affordable health care must continue to be a top priority so that everyone can afford to have quality health care. In conjunction with affordable health care, the Commonwealth must continue to be a leader in the field of biotechnology through innovation and education. |
