Debbie Mucarsel-Powell (FL-26), the first Ecuadorian immigrant Member of Congress and member of the Hispanic Caucus, released the following statement ahead of Hispanic Heritage Month: "This Hispanic Heritage Month, we celebrate the spirit and resilience of the Latino community, which has been on full display during the coronavirus pandemic.
