"The mission of the Tennessee Professional Fire Fighters Association is to promote legislation and to provide all professional firefighters, emergency medical personnel and other fire service employees in the State of Tennessee the right to affiliate, the right to bargain collectively in good faith, and to promote a favorable relationship between firefighters and their employers. To assist in the promotion and protection of all other legislation that will positively impact the interests of firefighters, emergency medical personnel, and other related services with special consideration of the well being of the general public."
