Today, Representative Tim Walz released the following statement following House passage of legislation to reauthorize the Export-Import Bank (Ex-Im Bank):

"The Ex-Im Bank promotes Minnesota jobs by providing businesses and workers the certainty and opportunity they need to compete in the world market at no cost to taxpayers. I am pleased our strong bipartisan coalition was finally able to force a vote on this important tool. Doing so has renewed our commitment to Main Street businesses and will work to create and keep good-paying, middle class jobs right here at home."
