*Encourage the responsible extraction of coal, gas and oil.
*Make sure our companies and workers lead the nation in safety
*Train our citizens to meet the increasing need for a specialized, high-tech natural resources workforce
*Oppose over-regulation by the EPA and WVDEP
*Embrace new technology to enhance productivity and safety
