More proposals are awaiting lawmakers' consideration during the 2015 session.

HR 1 and HB 2 propose a constitutional amendment to legalize pari-mutuel wagering on horse racing in Georgia.
HR 2 would impose term limits of eight consecutive years on members of the House and Senate.
HB 3 would make it illegal to knowingly conduct transactions that could place in jeopardy the competitive eligibility of a college student-athlete.
HB 5 would place limits on drone aircraft photography.
HB 8 would increase the minimum wage in Georgia to $15 per hour.
HB 10 would prohibit cellphone use while driving except with hands-free devices.
HB 12 would create a misdemeanor offense when a person falsely claims to have been a military veteran or received a military decoration.
HB 13 would ban racial profiling by law enforcement personnel.
HB 16 would allow students in magnet schools to participate on the athletic teams at the high school would attend based on residency, if the magnet school does not offer a team in that sport.
HB 22, HB 23, HB 24 and HB 25 would enhance the HOPE Scholarship program by providing that grants cover the full cost of tuition, eliminating the seven-year limitation from a student's graduation from high school and easing restrictions on the Zell Miller Scholarship and Grant for certain students, including military families.
HB 32 would require law enforcement officers to be equipped with body cameras.
