Congressman John Fleming, M.D. released the following statement after a federal judge ruled that the Administration had been unlawfully funding the Obamacare subsidy program without permission from Congress:

"My colleagues and I never approved spending for Obamacare's entitlement program, yet the President moved forward with it anyway. He broke the law and sidestepped Congress -- yet again -- to push through his political agenda. Today's decision reaffirms Congress's power of the purse, and sheds light on what lengths the President will go to in salvaging his failing health care law."
