Congressman Fleming issued the following statement in response to FBI Director James Comey's press conference regarding the investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's improper use of classified government emails:
"While not a criminal indictment, the findings presented today by Director Comey were a scathing personal indictment of Secretary Clinton's ethics, behavior, and capacity to serve as Commander-in-Chief. The evidence is clear that Secretary Clinton is not qualified to lead or be trusted with the most sensitive material critical to the security of our nation."
