Issue Position

I strongly support agriculture, and will work to promote not only producers but those businesses that support and depend on agribusiness throughout the region. This includes supporting farmers who are working to comply with our new buffer strip legislation, as well as ensuring that we have a workforce that can continue to provide labor to help our agricultural economy prosper. I also support fair taxes for rural residents, and want to make sure government is a partner with agriculture, and not an obstacle.
