Congressman Jim Banks (IN-03) voted today to protect federal taxpayer dollars from being used to fund abortions or health plans that cover abortion.

"The majority of Americans believe that taxpayer dollars should not be used to pay for abortions, and I agree. I am pleased this bill passed the House and urge the Senate to quickly consider this important legislation."
