Congressman Todd Rokita released the following statement regarding President Trump declassifying the FISA memo that revealed that top FBI and Department of Justice officials knowingly used the discredited Fusion GPS dossier to obtain a FISA warrant to spy on Americans and their political opponents in the Trump campaign:

"The memo reveals hyper-political individuals in the highest levels of the Department of Justice and intelligence agencies using a salacious and unverified dossier to target political opponents. This violation of the public trust is unacceptable and justifies a new special prosecutor or other further investigation to determine possible criminal charges against specific individuals. The American people deserve answers and transparency. No one is above the law. "
