In Washington, I work every day to roll back the red tape and unnecessary regulation stifling the growth and innovation of Utah's small businesses.

More than 90% of Utah's companies are small business, and half of Utah's workers are employed by small businesses. With small businesses creating roughly ⅔ of the new jobs in America, they are the true engine and backbone of our economy.

As a former small-business owner myself, I know first-hand how difficult it can be for small businesses to operate and comply with the more than 70,000 pages of federal regulations. As a member of the House Small Business Committee, I'm a strong fighter for Utah's small businesses.
