RE: Request for Investigation of Senator Deb Fischer

Dear Chairman:

This letter requests an inquiry into the personal wealth of Senator Debra Fischer, for potential violations of the Senate Code of Official Conduct pursuant to prohibited gifts and/or unreported income, a potential violation of 5 U.S.C. app. Sec. 101.

I respectfully request an immediate investigation into this matter, and ask that the Committee take appropriate remedial action should they find wrongdoing on the part of Senator Fisher for her improper conduct as a United States Senator.
