Generate additional state money to be used for local water, sewer, and flood protection projects

* Secure further improvements in health care, housing, and education for veterans

* Seek approval of an amendment to the state Constitution to prevent state budget crises

* Add protective measures to prevent child abuse and neglect

* Develop additional measures to deal with severe opioid crisis

* Find better ways to connect education programs with job opportunities

* Enact incentives to help with the recruitment and retention of emergency responders

* Put in place stronger and more comprehensive pipeline safety standards and oversight
