As former director of a Workforce Development Program, Rep. Kinsey knows what it takes to equip oneself to prepare for today's workforce.

Rep. Kinsey continues to work with small businesses and support their continued development. Rep Kinsey has advocated for PA Workforce Development to bring job training centers throughout Philadelphia. With proper training being made available to constituents, Rep. Kinsey believes that better educated skilled workers will become eligible to receive higher paying jobs.
