Congressman Don Bacon (NE-02)released the following statement after the President nominated Brian Buescher to serve on the U.S. District Court for Nebraska:
"I congratulate Omaha native, and my good friend, Brian Buescher for being nominated by the President to serve on the U.S. District Court for Nebraska. I know Brian will bring Nebraska values, a commitment to the constitution, and an impressive knowledge of the law to the bench. I commend Senators Deb Fischer and Ben Sasse for recommending such a qualified individual. I wish Brian well in the confirmation process and look forward to watching him serve Nebraska in this capacity."
