Issue Position

I believe every woman has the right to make her own decisions about her health care -- and that includes reproductive health. As your representative in Springfield, I will oppose any effort to limit Illinois women's access to reproductive healthcare.

My opponent has taken an extreme stance that would criminalize abortion, even in cases of rape and incest. That's appalling.

Today, Illinois stands out as a champion of women's reproductive rights here in the Midwest. I will fight any attempts to restrict women's choices about our own healthcare and our own lives.
