We need quality jobs with higher pay, incentives for small business, and the ability to attract companies from a wide range of industries including STEM, robotics, and automotive fields.

As leaders of our communities, we should work together to address issues of rural economic development. We need to examine each county, identify their strengths and resources, and pursue opportunities that cater to these strengths and provide competitive advantages.
