Issues: Finance and Banking Government Budget and Spending

We need to protect as much of the PFD as we possibly can, leaving in tact the corpus of the fund, and taking away the Governor's power to decide unilaterally how much your PFD check should be. Translation: yes, we're in a budget crisis, but we must work to find reasonable solutions so the citizens don't suffer.
