Labor unions are the backbone of not just this district, not just this borough or state, but of this entire country. As the husband of someone in the UFT, Charles feels extremely strong about protecting labor. As Assemblyman, he will:
Fight tirelessly to protect our brothers and sisters in unions from any undue burdens the federal government places on them
Work with his colleagues to pass safeguards to protect the right to organize, in light of the pending Janus Supreme Court case
