Issue Position

I respect the dedication that the men and women in law enforcement have to ensuring our safety. As your State Senator, I will stand up and support these brave individuals that protect us each day.

While in the Michigan House of Representatives, I consistently supported prioritizing funding for local and state law enforcement officials, specifically voting for revenue sharing for local governments and for additional State Police Trooper schools to put more officers on our streets.

As your State Senator, I will continue to stand side-by-side with law enforcement so that they can successfully protect our communities.
