Honoring Chairman Dingell

Members of Congress gathered on the steps of the Capitol Tuesday to bid farewell to our friend and former colleague, Rep. John Dingell, Jr., who passed away last week. Rep. Dingell is the longest-serving Member of Congress, ever. Representing the people of Michigan, he was a champion of health care like his father who proposed a national healthcare insurance system in 1933 as a Member of Congress.
