U.S. Congressman Greg Pence (IN-06) today joined Republican colleagues in filing a lawsuit in the D.C. Federal District Court challenging the constitutionality of proxy voting. The lawsuit is in response to Nancy Pelosi's partisan H. Res. 965, a resolution passed earlier this month that changed House Rules to allow proxy voting and remote committee proceedings. Pence recorded a statement on behalf of Hoosiers from the Sixth District of Indiana today.
Greg Pence has been vocal in his fight to represent his constituents in our nation's capital and oppose proxy voting.
