Bacon Statement on SCOTUS DACA Decision

Congressman Don Bacon issued the following statement today regarding the U.S. Supreme Court's decision on DACA:

"This decision once again shows that Congress must find a compromise on DACA, immigration and border security. The mindset of "my way or the highway" is failing us in Congress. We need a pathway for DACA, but also stronger immigration and border security policies so this doesn't keep happening in the future. We are a nation of laws that holds people accountable for breaking the law, but these are children who had no voice on their arrival. Our DACA youth only know this country as their home and we should be merciful to them. I urge Congress to seek a compromise on DACA that also strengthens our border security and immigration policies."
