Successfully moved North Carolina from the highest tax climate in the region to the lowest tax climate in the region with the most comprehensive state tax reform since the 1930s. Eliminated the over $1 billion "temporary" income sales tax hike and income surcharge raised by Gov. Perdue and legislative Democrats.
