Carl is pro-life and pro-family. As a father and grandfather he understands how precious human life truly is. He has stood firm on this belief and worked hard to ensure that the sanctity of human life is preserved. As a former board member of the Rowan County Department of Social Services, Carl has an understanding of how important it is to protect our most vulnerable citizens, our children. And he has worked hard to help his constituents and citizens of our state fight for their families.
