Issue Position

Gerrymandering makes partisanship worse by valuing political power over the will of the people. North Carolina needs to get back to the way our democracy is meant to work with fair maps and fair elections. We need legislators willing to do the right thing and put an end to the practice. I pledge to support the creation of an independent, nonpartisan redistricting process for congressional and legislative districts.
