I support a minimum wage increase to at least $15 an hour. I support paid family leave and equal pay for equal work. I believe everyone should have the right to join a union and bargain collectively with their employer. As a state senator, I will stand up for workers' rights. I will protect the Commission on Industrial Relations. I believe in keeping promises and will hold accountable those in charge of public pensions to ensure pensions are strong and will be there to meet our obligations in the future. I am grateful for the support of the Nebraska State AFL-CIO, IBEW, and many other unions in this campaign.
