Issue Position

For years, the governor and legislature have failed the citizens of Nebraska by not acting on property taxes. High property taxes hurt businesses, working families, and farmers and ranchers. In 2019, Lynne voted for property tax reform. That plan wasn't perfect, but it was a step in the right direction. In her second term, Lynne will keep leading the effort to build consensus around a comprehensive plan to make government more effective and efficient, while lowering your taxes.
