Issue Position: Aggressively Fight the Drug Epidemic

Issue Position

For years now, West Virginia has led the nation in far too many of the staggering drug epidemic statistics that are plaguing our country. This crisis affects families from all walks of life. We must take an uncompromising stand and stop international drug cartels and big city drug dealers from victimizing our citizens and block the flow of illegal drugs into our state. We must also expand successful drug treatment programs through government, private enterprise and faith based initiatives to ensure our loved ones have access to the treatment they need.
