Issue Position

Florida's affordable housing crisis has spiraled out of control, leaving too many across the state struggling to pay their rent or mortgage and manage the costs of living. Angie believes that the first step towards solving this crisis is ending the yearly raids on the Sadowski Housing Trust. These raids have cost the state more than 2 billion dollars over the last two decades. Angie has a two-step plan in bringing affordable housing to District 14 and like districts across the state.

-End raids of the Sadowski Housing Trust.
-Make affordable housing a budgetary priority in the House of Representatives.
-Create relationships with County and Municipal Governments working to find solutions to the two decade issue of decreasing financial support from the state.
