".@SenDuckworth & I have blocked USDA's overreach for 2 years. Now--in the middle of a pandemic--they're trying again. This time, USDA seems to be breaking commitments made to me in Congressional testimony. We will stand up again to this senseless effort & protect these Illinoisans."
