Issue Position

Strong unions lead to strong wages and a strong economy. Bridget will always support the right to collectively bargain in both the public and private sector, which leads to better wages, better benefits, and better conditions. Bridget would also like to see employers, particularly the trades, make a concerted effort to recruit more minorities, including women, people of color, and people with disabilities.
