Rent reform is now a reality, causing a tectonic shift in the balance of power from landlords to tenants.

Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs) see renewed and strengthened support, including more funding to mentorship of new business owners and penalties for misrepresentation of MWBE status.
