Individualized educational pathways
Fully fund competitive skills training and educational pathways that serve the needs of our students and teachers. Education is our investment in our future success as a state, and I work to make sure every child in Minnesota receives a great education that addresses their learning needs, from their earliest years through beginning in our workforce.

College affordability and career readiness
The cost of college continues to grow more expensive for many Minnesotans. I believe in pursuing policies in Minnesota that will control the cost of higher education, while building accessibility to skilled trades training for our students who don't feel like college is right for them. In addition, I support investments in AP/CIS programs through which students can gain college credits throughout their high school careers.

Well-rounded programs for our students
Extra-curricular activities help to bring our community together, and helps our students build life-long confidence. Expanding sports, arts, music, and other programs is essential for a well-rounded childhood educational experience.

Fully funding education for all students
Stop the underfunding of special education and make sure every student is challenged in a way that addressed their learning style. As a result of years of underinvestment at the federal and state level, our special educational services have been underfunded. This results in students being left behind in their educational journeys. I believe in fully funding education so that the full needs of all our students are met.
