Throughout his tenure as State Representative of the 17th Essex District, Frank has been a proud supporter and staunch advocate of the labor movement in Massachusetts to ensure that every working-class family, regardless of their background, is provided with the rights and protections that they so justly deserve.

In his capacity as the State Representative of the City of Lawrence, one of the most economically disadvantaged communities in the entire Commonwealth, Frank has witnessed the overwhelmingly positive role that unions play in his constituents' day-to-day lives to provide them with a say in their future and protection from exploitative working conditions.

Unions are the foundation of America's working class and Frank will continue to do everything within his power to protect workers' rights as a cooperative ally on Beacon Hill.
