Issue Position: Supporting our Military and their Families

Issue Position

As the son of a military officer and brother of an active duty Marine, my respect and appreciation for all who serve our nation in uniform, and their families, is engrained in my core beliefs. King Bay Naval Submarine Base and its supporting missions are a vital part of our community. We must create a strong partnership between local, state, and federal officials to help protect and expand the base's role in protecting our shores. I will work directly with our military officials and their family advocates to better serve the unique needs of our military families and retirees; both those here for a short time, as well as those who decide to make our community their home.
